Die 55qm große Wohnung verfügt über:
- 2 relativ gleich große Zimmer mit jeweils 15-16qm
- 1 Wohnküche von ca. 10qm, die zum gemeinschaftlichem Essen einlädt - Kühlschrank und Herd werden gestellt
- 1 Bad
- 1 Balkon, der zum Entspannen und Sonne tanken einlädt
- Außenparkplatz

Die Nebenkosten enthalten bereits Betriebskosten für Heizung und Warmwasser, Strom und Internet - es ist alles drin.

Die Wohnung wird an maximal 2 Personen vermietet.
Sie sind Nichtraucher ohne Haustiere und absolut zuverlässig, dann melden Sie sich bei mir zwecks Vereinbarung eines Besichtigungstermins.

Sonstiges:
