This apartment is ideal for one person or a couple seeking accommodation in Dublin this Srping 2011. Perfect for freelancers/students as the second bedroom has been converted into a small office.
The apartment comprises three main areas: Kitchen/Living Room, Double Bedroom and Office. This is a basic apartment but very homely and cosy. There is plenty of natural light as the sun shines into every room in the afternoon.
I don't have a TV, so if you can't live without one, maybe you should reconsider. There is a good set of speakers in the living room, which can be easily connected to a laptop/iPod.
There isn't a washing machine in the apartment, but there is a laundrette within 2min walk from here. The price is reasonable and you don't need to wait. They will return your clothes dried and folded.
The apartment is located in Capel Street, one of the most diverse and interesting streets of Dublin. Once a very fashionable street of old Dublin, today Capel Street is a microcosms within the city bringing the old and new together in a friendly way.
Here you will find a variety of foreign restaurants (Chinese, Korean, Indian) along with the traditional chipper, a rubber stamp shop, great Irish pubs, hardware shops, music outlets just to name a few of the inhabitants of the street.
You will be able to walk anywhere within the City Centre from here. If you prefer, you can also subscribe to the Dublin Bikes (website hidden) and cycle around. There is a bike station just at the bottom of my street.
