Charming two rooms flat in the heart of San Frediano, Oltrarno. The house (50 m2) has an overlooking on the historic port of San Frediano and the other, very quiet, on a little park around the ancient walls. Two poetic rooms, recently refurbished, with spectacular views of the green. Interior very bright, airy, in typical Florentine atmosphere with terracotta tiled floor and sloping ceilings with exposed beams. A double bed is in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Fantastic terrace among the roofs surrounded by trees, ideal for relaxing and eating.
In both rooms air conditioners (cool or warm) for the winter a pellet stove. A small kitchen but complete. Utility room with washing machine. Ability to connect to the internet via wifi.

Excellent location, at walkong distance from all the historical center, 15 minutes from the cathedral; San Fediano is an authentic and lively district, full of shops and traditional activities, with charming corners between theChurch of Carmine, of Cestello and Santo Spirito. Fun neighborhood for nightlife, with bars and , restaurant and historic Florentine cuisine.
Well served by public transport, with a bus stop (line 6) just below the house. It is also close to the train station and bus station for any trips outside the city.
