A beautiful, bright, well-kept and fully furnished 3-room apartment is available for rent on 1st floor of a 3 storey building in Sturmiusstrasse, Kuenzell-Pilgerzell.

There are 3 rooms, one living room, one master bedroom and one kid's room or work room. There are two corridors. One corridor leads to kitchen, bathroom complex and living room. Another corridor leads to the master bedroom and kid's room.

The rooms and one corridor have laminate flooring. The kitchen, bathroom and another corridor have floor tiles.

All rooms, kitchen and toilet complex are brightly lit by sunlight throughout the day, thereby saving electricity.

There is a separate Storage room available upon request, free of charge, for use my tenants. The house has barbeque area and green lawn in the back that tenants can also use.

A parking space can also be rented separately upon request. It is free for students, but workers pay 50 Euro per month.

The rooms are available with furnishing, such as beds, cabinets, wardrobes, work table, chairs, sofa and dining table. Also, equipped kitchen.
