Gemütliche Dachwohung zur Zwischenmiete

Wir, das sind meine Freundin und ich, sind für ca. 2 Monate im Ausland und möchten für die Zeit unsere Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss (4. Etage), ist hell, gemütlich und mit vielen Pflanzen ausgestattet. Auf dem Papier sind es wegen der vielen Dachschrägen nur 45 qm, aber eigentlich ist sie deutlich größer. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnraum mit Wohnzimmer und Küche. Durch die vielen Fenster kommt vor allem morgens und abends viel Licht rein und der Ausblick ist fantastisch.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und alle Möbel bleiben für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete in der Wohnung und können genutzt werden. Genauso die komplette Kücheneinrichtung. Das Haus hat einen Garten, der gerne genutzt werden kann.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn sich jemand mit grünem Daumen meldet, der sich für die 2 Monate um unsere Pflanzen kümmert.

We, my girlfriend and I, are abroad for about 2 months and would like to sublet our apartment for that time.
The apartment is under the roof (4th floor), is bright, cozy and has lots of plants. On paper it is only 45 square meters because of the roof slope, but it is actually much larger. There is a bathroom with shower, a separate bedroom and a large living area with living room and kitchen. The many windows let in lots of light, especially in the mornings and evenings, and the view is fantastic.
The apartment is fully furnished and all the furniture remains in the apartment for the duration of the interim rental and can be used. The same applies to the complete kitchen equipment. The house has a garden which can be used as well.
We would be very happy if you have green fingers and would look after our plants for the 2 months.
