Apartment or house for two people

My name is Keerthana Udayakumar, and I am looking for a furnished apartment or house for a couple. I am planning to relocate to Paderborn for employment, and we are interested in renting a property from the mid of September or beginning of October 2024.

I am a reliable and responsible person when it comes to renting a property. I understand the importance of maintaining a property very well, and at the same time keeping a harmonious relation between owner and tenant. Additionally, we are both non-smokers and do not have any pets. I will be working as Software Engineer and my boyfriend is already working as Software Engineer. We are open to discussing longer-term arrangements if preferable.

I can provide you our SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) score and proof of income if you are interested to proceed with us. We would appreciate it if you could schedule a convenient time for us to view your property (online or offiline). We are currently living in Stuttgart. We shall check our availability to visit the property at a mutually convenient time, if required.
