Zwischenmiete Sülz März-Apr/Short-term rental in beautiful Sülz flat

Meine wunderschöne, helle Wohnung mitten im Sülz ist vom 4. März bis 11. April verfügbar. 1 Schlafzimmer, separates Wohnzimmer und Küche, sowie ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat alles vorhanden, inklusive WLAN, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr ruhig, besonders im Schlafzimmer, das auf einen Innengarten blickt. Die Straßenbahn (9) ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt, und man braucht nur 7 Minuten noch auf der 9 zum Südbahnhof/12 Minuten zum Innenstadt. Ich suche jemanden, der aufmerksam und rücksichtsvoll ist, um die Wohnung für die 5,5 Wochen zu mieten. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt und rauchen ist auch verboten.

My beautiful, bright flat in the heart of Sülz is available to rent from March 4th to April 11th. It has one bedroom, a separate living room and kitchen, and a nice bathroom with a bath tub. It's completely furnished and kitted out, with wifi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It's also very quiet, and the bedroom looks onto an inner garden. It's only a 3 minute walk from the flat to the closest tram stop, and takes 7/8 minutes to get to Köln Süd station or 12 minutes to reach the city center. I'm looking for someone thoughtful and considerate to rent it for the 5.5 week period. Pets are unfortunately not permitted and smoking definitely is not.
