The apartment is located on Karl-Heine-Straße, right in the part of Leipzig that is immersed in nature and simoultaniously has all the perks of living in the city. You’ll have plenty of woods and rivers nearby, including Volkspark, Clara-Zetkin-Park, and those lovely hidden little lakeside oases where you can wander around, get pleasantly lost, and briefly forget that you are, in fact, still in a slightly foggy German city.

Everything you need for everyday life is within about a 10-20-minute walk: Rossmann, REWE, Farmacy, doctors, playgrounds, basketball courts, dancing and yoga classes, physiotherapist, bars, artist equipment stores, galleries, restorants etc. There are also some great local and organic food options around Lindenauer Markt and beyond.

The apartment itself is bright and high up in the sky, with one window looking out towards a beautiful church, with the old industrial landscape of Plagwitz stretching out on the horizon. 🌆

The main room is set for a paintress studio or/ and workplace/ living room. It has two big tables, comfie chairs, tools l, air conditioning. It is perfect for working from home. There is also printer and all the basic office equipment you might need.

The kitchen is newly made, well-equipped and romantic 🍝 It is also constantly evolving and improving, so there are materials, tools, and space for anyone who enjoys a bit of DIY or woodwork and wants to join in on the proccess.

The bathroom has a bathtub, a brand-new washing machine, and some handy storage space. There is also a hallway with place for jackets and shoes, and you can go on the roof and chill there.
