Der Eingangsbereich ist zugleich kleine Küche, links geht das Wohnzimmer ab, rechts das Schlafzimmer von dem auch das Bad+Klo abgeht.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt Hofseitig und geht zu einem begrüntem ruhigen Hof. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau.
Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile und Wohnzimmer liegen in getrennten Räumen, jedoch gibt es keine Türen zwischen den Räumen.
