For 1year: beautiful appartment in Schwabing

Only for 1 person!Very pretty appartment in a leafy quiet street in Schwabing - with lots of cafes and restaurants. One big room is divided by a semi-wall: on one side is your living room (also with a double bed), and on the other a kitchen with dishwasher. The sofabed is a 140cm bed with a proper high quality mattress. The bedroom is big and bright with a 180cm ki gsize bed, a daybed/sofa and a desk.. There is a bathroom with bathtub, and washing machine. Also an entry hallway with storage space. Rent is possibly extendable. Strictly only non-smokers! The appartment is fully furnished with fuebiture and pai tings that a dear to me - I only rent to responsonible people who will take care of my pöace as if it was their own. I own a little dog, you should not be allergic. When I retuen from my 1-year travel, I might move in with my partner. Then, I would like to keep the bedroom to myself for 2 nights /week and rent out the kitchen/living room as a 1 bedroom appartment, so there might e the iption to extwed longterm as a semi-Wg. Rent includes heating and electeicity. Extra would be i ternet and Rundfunkgebühr. Check out reviews on my airbnb site (only flr the bedroom):
