A quiet and clean apartment or house wanted

Hello, I am looking for a nice indepent apartment or house which is suitble for my hunsband and I to live in. Or the second floor of a house without sharing kitchen or bathroom with others is also acceptable.

I hope the apartment or house is equipped with furnitures, or at least the kitchen and bathroom. It would be better if it contains necessary electric appliance such as washing machine.

Also, we needs parking space because we have two cars.

I would like to enjoy sunshine so no basement is wanted. Heating system should be great because I can not stand coldness. I prefer to have large bedroom and kitchen.

I don't mind the location once it is a safe area.

I would like to rent it for a long time.

I am PhD student in TUM holding working contract as well as my hunsband. My hunsband speaks German. Besides, we got income from parents. We don't have kids and pets. We take good care of your house.
