Da ich Anfang 2025 einen Auslandsaufenthalt einlege, wird meine Wohnung während dieser Zeit frei. Einzugs- und Auszugsdaten sind aber flexibel.

Die große, 117-qm, 4,5-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer (13 qm, 16 qm und 27 qm), eine Küche, ein Bad (mit Duschkabine, Badewanne, Toilette und Waschbecken), ein Gäste-WC, einen Abstellraum und ein 27-qm-großes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Das 13qm-Zimmer is möbliert (mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode), die 16qm- und 27qm-Zimmer sind unmöbliert (nicht wie auf den Fotos).

Die Miete schließt alle Kosten ein: Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Gas, Müll, GEZ, Schornsteinfeger, Grundsteuer — alles inbegriffen.

Since I will be out of town during the first part of 2025, my flat will be available during this time. But the moving-in and moving-out dates are also flexible.

The large, 117-square-metre, four-and-a-half-room flat includes three bedrooms (13 m², 16 m² and 27 m²), a kitchen, a bath (with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink), a guest WC, a closet and a 27-square-metre living/dining room. The 13-square-metre room is furnished (with a bed, wardrobe, desk, dresser), the 16- and 27-square-metre rooms are unfurnished (not as depicted in the photos).

The rent covers all costs: heat, water, electricity, gas, rubbish collection, t.v. and radio licence fee, chimney sweep, property taxes — all included.
