Looking for someone who wants to set up a new shared living space in Villach | Suche Mitbewohner für Neugründung

Hi there! My name is Max and I'm looking for someone who likes to set up a new shared flat/house in Villach together.
In the past years I lived in several constellation of shared flats in Jena and Leipzig, where I studied for my engineering grade. Unfortunately, I finished my studies. :)) and accepted a job offer here in Villach. Due to the poor flat situation around here for single households, I would like to set up a shared living space with someone/ or more people to create a shared living space. I know the risk of living together with someone unknown, so I would suggest to know each other first, and then trying to live together. Furthermore, I would like to feel comfortable when I'm coming home from work. So be aware of some "disclipine" or whatever a respectfull getting on means.
