Looking for a 1-2 room apartment or duplex in the Zirndorf area with easy Bahn access

I will be starting an English teaching assistantship at two local middle schools in the area. I will be needing housing from September through June of 2022 if possible. I speak some German, but English is my first language. I’m quiet and courteous, but also friendly and like meeting new people. I love cooking, reading, and hiking. I love the outdoors and gardening, so if there is a small garden, balcony, porch, or terrace to sit in that would be my ideal place to be. As a tenant, I am reliable and have never missed a rent check and I get along with my neighbors well.
