Located in Lousberg, one of Aachen’s best neighborhoods. Very close to both nature and the city center, Eurogress and the Universities. 3 minute walk to the Ehrenmal Lousberg bus station and 15 minute walk to Aachen West train station. 5 minute walk to Ponttor, Aachen’s restaurant street, 10 - 15 minute walk to Audimax and other RWTH buildings in the central Campus, and 20 minute walk to the Aachen Cathedral and the old town. Also a few minutes walk from the top of Lousberg, where you get to see the best panoramic views of Aachen.

The caution must be paid to reserve the apartment, and it will be given back the same day that you leave, after receiving the apartment.The rent should be paid at the beginning of the rental. All extra costs such as electricity and internet are included in the price. The building has strict norms about noise so it’s not posible to make parties or loud noise before 10pm or on sundays.
Anmeldung letter for the registration office is not possible.
