Hi, A single room is available at a student dorm (Towers, OIH. 175 Rütscher str.) for sublease, with a beautiful view. On the floor you will find 15 beautiful neighbours.
The size is 12 sq meter and fully furnished.
There is a sink inside the room, and for furniture. a 100*200 bed, a big table with chair, a wardrobe and a shelf is there.
In the basement, we have washing machine and dryer too. Internet here is nice.
rent is 220 per month, but As the duration is not fully two months, you don’t have to pay the whole rent of course...
The location is extremely convenient. Bus 7,17,27,37,47, 147 all can take you to the house. Besides, the heart of Aachen, "Ponttor" is only 10-12 minutes on foot.
a train station, "Aachen West" is also nearby. 16 minute on foot and even less if you take a bus for part of the way.
There is a Lidl just on the other side of the street. Most of the students of the dorm use this to get their Daily groceries. Also. as ponttor is nearby, lots of restaurants and supermarkets are available there.
Partying is not allowed, but of course you can have a small gathering with 3/4 fiends in the kitchen .
No smoking and no pets ,please. :)
