Its a self-contained studio with a balcony and a beautiful view of lots of trees, there is a small kitchenette in the studio and a small private bathroom, its in a renovated old building with a lot of character, there is no lift but its good for young people who want to keep fit, there are some wooden seats in every landing to rest if you are tired.
You will be sharing the apartment with me , I'm an English teacher and I like my privacy, I live in the other part of the house since the studio is completely independent and perfect for someone who also values his/her privacy. im looking for a responsible and clean person and perfect for covid 19 because we don´t have to share anything
There are two different metro lines at 5 minutes walking from the apartment.Line 2 and line 3
We are in the middle of the city so the neighbourhood is lively and cosmopolitan, shops, restaurants, cinemas, theatres , 20 minutes walking to the sea side, we are in walking distance Barcelona city centre facilities

I appreciate the rent to be paid at the beginning of the month and I give back the month deposit if there is no damage to the furniture or to the facilities in the room, in case you need to leave before the schedule time , I will need a month notice, otherwise I will have to keep the deposit until I find a new tenant
