Da ich zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt auf einer Dienstreise bin, biete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untervermietung vom 16. Juli bis zum 26. August (6 Wochen) für 800 EUR an. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, um sie mit einer weiteren Person zu teilen.

Meine Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof, ist sehr hell (südliche Ausrichtung) und ruhig. Sie ist gut angelegt und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.

Ich suche einen zuverlässigen, ordentlichen und nichtrauchenden Mieter.

Die öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut und alles, was das Herz begehrt, befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. Der S-Bahnhof Wollankstraße ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Straßenbahn M1 ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen (20 Minuten bis zur Eberswalder Straße).

REWE und das Rathaus-Center Pankow befinden sich in der Nähe. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Späti.

Hinter dem Haus liegen der Bürgerpark und Schönholz - beides ideal zum Spazierengehen, Joggen usw. Das Freibad in Pankow ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Partys sind in der Wohnung nicht gestattet! Aber in der Florastraße (5 Gehminuten entfernt) gibt es viele Bars, Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Ich werde bis zum 15. Juli in Berlin sein. Während dieser Zeit können gerne Besichtigungstermine vereinbart werden.

As I will not be in Berlin during the stated period, I am offering my 1-room flat for sublet from 16th July to 26th August (6 weeks) at a rate of 800 EUR. The flat is spacious enough to accommodate two people comfortably.

Located in the backyard, the flat enjoys abundant natural light as it faces south, creating a bright and tranquil atmosphere. It is thoughtfully designed and furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

I am seeking a reliable, tidy, and non-smoking individual to rent the flat.

The flat benefits from excellent public transport connections, and all amenities are conveniently close by. The Wollankstraße S-Bahn station is an 8-minute walk away, while the M1 tram can be reached in just 3 minutes, providing a 20-minute journey to Eberswalder Str.

There are various amenities in the vicinity, including REWE and Rathaus-Center Pankow. Additionally, a Späti is conveniently located right outside the front door.

For nature enthusiasts, Bürger Park and Schönholz are situated behind the building, offering wonderful opportunities for walking, jogging, and other outdoor activities. The Pankow outdoor swimming pool can be easily reached by bike within 10 minutes.

Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartment. However, Florastraße, a mere 5-minute walk away, is home to numerous bars, cafes, pubs, and restaurants for socializing.

Pets are not allowed.
