The room is located in a newly built apartment in Gesundbrunnen (Build year:2016). There's a pantry kitchen attached with a room with simple but efficient equipments. There's a big table with an office chair, a plastic yellow chair, a wooden countertop, a countertop chair, refrigerator and additionally a double gas hob. Also I have a monitor which you can use for work and entertainment purposes. On the entrance, towards the left there's a bathroom which is very spacious for a single person room.
The building is centrally located in Gesundbrunnen.
- 3 mintutes walk to Gesundbrunnen Center (Has supermarkets and a variety of shops)
- 7 minutes walk to Gesundbrunnen U-Bahn
- 5 mntues to the nearest bus stop (S+U Gesundbrunnen)
- 5 minutes to Gesundbrunnen S Bahn
- 10 minutes to Bornhölmer Straße S Bahn
- 5 minutes to Grüntalerstraße Straßenbahn.
- 15 minutes walk to Prenzlauer Berg (Mauerpark)
It's only a 8 minute ride to Alexanderplatz from the U-Bahn.

As this is only a monthly rent out, I beleive no contractual agreements are mandatory. However would be good to receive any kind of ID copy from you. (This will definitely be deleted from me after the rental period)
- All ancillary costs are inclusive of the price
- Room must be kept clean at all times. I would really appreciate it if you can vaccum it atleast twice a week.
- A washing maschine is available in the lobby which could be used for 2.50 EUR per wash
- If you would like to store things, there's a garage in the basement. Please let me know this in prior.
- Last but not least, STRICLY NO ANMELDUNG!
