Short term apartments from 27 March to 12 April

I am subletting my beautiful spacious and bright apartment for a short period of time, for 1 Person or 1 couple.

The flat is located in an Altbau, furthermore has 2 working areas with monitors that you can use, 1 furnished kitchen and a bathroom w washing machine and shower.
It also has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 living room with a big, cozy couch. There is also some extra space for practicing sports.

The apartment is well connected with U8, U9, S41.42.1.2.25.26 and M1,13,55.
Around the area there are several supermarkets, markets, pubs and restaurants.
The area is very alive, but at the same time there are nice parks and paths along the river.

Smoking is not allowed, pets are not allowed.
Anmeldung is not possible.
Total amount 600
Deposit 1300 that will be refund when I will check that everything is alright.
