schöne, ruhige Wohnung in Britz( beautiful, quiet flat)

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich vermiete meine schöne, gepflegte Wohnung für mindestens 3 Monate( evtl. länger). Ich lasse Bett, Fernseher, Anlage, Sofas, Sessel drinne und werde meine Kleider im Abstellraum unterbringen. Ich lasse auch alle Küchenartikel dort. Es ist eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Gegend mit guter Anbindung an U- Bahn und Busse, sowie das große Einkaufszentrum Johannisthaler- Chaussee. Von dort seid ihr in 15 Minuten mit der U7 beim Hermannplatz.
Mir ist es wichtig eine verantwortungsvolle Person für diese Zeit zu finden, der ich mit ruhigem Gewissen all meine Dinge überlassen kann.
Bei interesse ruft mich bitte an.

Dear lovely people,

I´m subletting my room for at least 3 month( might be longer according to my travels in Ghana).
I will leave my bad, the tv, stereo and couches as well as all kitchen supplies in there. My cloth I will pack and store in one of the storage rooms. The flat is in a nice and relaxed area and with good connection to the underground and busses as well as the big shopping mall( Johannisthaler Chausee).
from there it takes you round about 15 minutes to go by the U7 to Hermannplatz.
I´m looking for someone who is reliable so i can feel relaxed about leaving all my belongings with you.
