Hello dear reader,
I‘ll sublet my place from 01/03 - 26/03 and the price is for the for the complete periode. A few days earlier would be possible as well.
It's Calm green oasis - perfect to escape the Berlin city-life when needed. If you're looking for a quiet hideaway in central Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, you will probably love my sacred space. I am looking for a someone who can keep the place neat and take care of my plants in the flat when I am away. You can also use the backyard, if you wish.
The apartment includes: high ceiling, creaking timber floor, bunk bed with 140cm mattress, a comfy couch, little homeoffice/study corner, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Plaese be aware, that I do not have WLAN at the moment.
The apartment is located Between Olivaer Platz and Ubahn Konstanzer Straße (U7), near Thaipark. It’s windows go to the quiet, from the outside non accessable backyard and you do not hear any traffic, only foxes and birds :). It's Just some minutes walking distance away from amazing restaurants, cinema, cafes and bars, as well as public transportation and supermarkets.
