Subletting Single Apartment at Studentenwerk Berlin (WH Bitscherstraße) 6 Months (410.36€/month) Students Only!

This single apartment is part of the WH Bitscherstraße, Garystraße and Clayalle ("Salvador Allende"), studierendenWERK BERLIN (see here: https://www.stw.berlin/wohnen/wohnheime/steglitz-zehlendorf/wh-salvador-allende.html). The location is super convenient for FU Berlin students, only 10 minutes walk to the university.
You must be a student officially enrolled in Berlin, e.g. FU, HU or TU. (Please do not contact me if you are not a student, it is NOT possible to sublet my apartment to someone who is not a student).

The rent is 392€/month, as stated on the official website above. This is the official price of studierendenWERK BERLIN. No negotiation. Internet, electricity, water, heating, ALL included.
The only extra fee is GEZ (Contribution service of ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio), which is 18.36/month (for more information see here: https://www.rundfunkbeitrag.de/zahlung/index_ger.html). There is a mini kitchen with electric stove and fridge (without freezer). Bathroom with shower and toilet. All for your private use. NO roommates. ONLY for one person!
You MUST pay a deposit in addition to the rent. (If you do NOT wish to pay a deposit, please do not contact me).

This apartment is only available for 6 months from 1st September 2024 to 27th February 2025.
