As I'm gonna be traveling I'm subletting my apartement in Alt-Treptow, right between Landwehrkanal and Treptower Park :)
It's a quiet but very nice neighbourhood with Restaurants, Cafes, Supermarkets etc. and only a stone's throw to either Neukölln, Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain.
The flat is fully furnished and has two rooms (one living/bed room and one "work space"), kitchen, a bathroom with tub and a balcony.
I'm looking for a reliable person who takes good care of my space and possibly even tries to make my plants survive (even though no pressure, I barely manage to do that myself). However, as i am traveling and I do care about my stuff, I do need someone trustworthy and responsive.
