Charmante 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Friedrichshain für 2 Wochen

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,

für den Zeitraum vom 20.09. bis 05.10.2024 vermiete ich meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Friedrichshain. Geeignet wäre es für jemandem, der in der Zeit nach einer langfristigeren Wohnungsoption suchen möchte, oder einfach nur die Stadt besichtigen möchte. Auch ein kürzerer Termin in dieser Zeit ist möglich.

Die Altbau-Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug) im Hinterhaus und ist daher schön hell und ruhig, durch den bepflanzten Hinterhof hört man auch das Vogelsingen :) Das große Zimmer hat einen Schlafteil mit einem 140cm breitem Bett und eine Couch-Ecke zum entspannen, und dazwischen hat man auch genug Platz um z.B. Yoga zu machen. Die Wohnung hat noch eine gemütliche Küche mit allem, was man zum kochen braucht (plus eine Waschmaschine), und ein eher bescheidendes Badezimmer mit Dusche. In der Zeit wo ich arbeitsbedingt weg bin, werden sich noch ein Paar Pflanzen auf eine freundliche Gesellschaft freuen.

Hello dear apartment seekers,

for the period from September 20th until October 5th, 2024, I am renting out my cozy 1-room apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain. It would be for someone who wants to look for a long term housing option in the meantime, or just wants to explore the city. A shorter rental period during this time is also possible.

The Altbau-apartment is on the 4th floor (without elevator) in the back building and is therefore nice and bright, and quiet. You can also hear birds singing through the planted backyard :) The large room has a sleeping area with a 140cm wide bed and a couch corner to relax, and in between you also have enough space to do yoga, for example. The apartment also has a cozy kitchen with everything you need for cooking (plus a washing machine) and a rather modest bathroom with a shower. While I'm away for work, a few more plants will be looking forward to some friendly company.
