you need 10 min with train to Alexander Platz.
also you can walk to Rummelsburg Bucht and Treptower Park, both is close by.

you can rent the flat for two weeks alone for 365€

or for the whole month for 625€ , but then it will be two weeky by yourself and the 2nd half of the month I will be back in the other room and we will share the place as a WG. :)
