Das Appartment hat einen großen Wohn-Küchenbereich mit Schreibtisch, super schnellem WLAN und einem separatem Schlafbereich mit Fenster. Die Küche verfügt über einen E-Herd, Backofen und alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien.
Kein Fernseher. Balkon mit Morgensonne und großen Fenstern. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Es handelt sich um einen Neubau mit Fahrstuhl.

Da das Apartment komplett möbliert ist, können keine Möbel mitgebracht werden. Selbstverständlich ist ausreichend Platz für deine privaten Sachen. Das Apartment wird nur an 1 Person vermietet - bitte keine Anfragen für Päarchen und / oder WG's.

Die Miete setzt sich aus der Kaltmiete und den Nebenkosten inklusive Warmwasser / Heizung (Verbrauch für 1 Person mit monatlichem Nachweis der kw/h), Strompauschale monatlich bis zu EUR 80.-, Kosten für Internet und monatliche GEZ Gebühr zusammen.
Eine Kaution in Höhe von einer Monatsmiete (EUR 980.-) ist vor Einzug zu entrichten und eine bestehende Haftpflichtversicherung ist nachzuweisen.

I'm renting my comfortable studio apartment situated in the heart of Friedrichshain but sheltered from any streets in an inneryard; very quiet. It's located in a new building, on 5th floor with elevator. ONLY from 1st of December, 2024 to 15th of March, 2025 (other dates / inquiry will not be considered!)

A big and bright living space with kitchenette and all facilities, a work space with super fast WLAN and a separate small bedroom with a king size bed. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Balcony with morning sun and large windows .

The apartment is only suitable for 1 person and please don't apply for it if you intend to rent as a couple or WG. The apartment is fully furnished therefore furniture can't be brought but there is of course enough space for your private things.

The rent is calculated including the costs for heating / warm water (for 1 person), electricity up to EUR 80.- per month and monthly cost for internet.

A deposit of EUR 980.- is required before moving in and will be returned after returning the flat / keys in the same condition. Third part liability insurance is mandatory.
