It's a beautiful Altbau flat in the backyard - one big room and a kitchen going away from it, and obviously a bathroom, very calm at home, lots of bars and restaurants outside, 4 minutes walking to bus or tram, 10 min walking to Ostkreuz, from where you can get everywhere by S-Bahn or train. A tram station + bus station are very close to the house. Very centrally located in Friedrichshain, 5 min walk to Boxhagener Platz.
I am subletting for three weeks, we can meet before online or in real.
Wlan is included. The bed is on the floor but different to the pictures it is a double bed now.

10 minutes walk from Ostkreuz, 8 min to U-Bahn Samariterstraße.
It is a very vibrant quartier of Berlin, with lots of nightlife and rather an area where young people live.
Two beautiful flea markets close by on Sundays, Boxhagener Platz and the one on RAW areal.

My flat is not a totally anonym Air B'n'B as I live here most of the time, plenty of nice furniture, its very cozy but personal, many books, music instruments around and art on the walls. Wlan is there of course. And many plants as well.
