I am subletting my appartment in Kreuzberg for the month of February with the possibilty of extension 2 or 3 weeks.
The rent above mentioned corresponds to a month and it's EXACTLY what I pay every month. (for better or worse).
Please contact me only if you would be able to stay for the whole period.
Pets and couples are unfortunately not allowed (landlord rules).
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with a wash machine. I am very sorry but I can't offer a wifi connection as the contract ends at the end of January and I already moved to another place.
The U8 station at Kottbusser Tor is 8 minutes away by foot and the one at Moritzplatz (Modulor) 10 minutes away. The bus station 140 (to Ostbahnhof or Tempelhof) is literally on the corner and the M29 station 5 minutes (to Wittenbergplatz or Hermannplatz).
You can find a Rewe supermarkt at Kotti, which opens until midnight, and Aldi at Heinrich-Heine-Platz.
Bars and restaurants are almost everywhere in this area!
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of an interior side building. The courtyard is shared with the front house, another side building and an office building. There's some movement during daytime but it becomes very calm in the evening, so it would be great if it stays like that.
