PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!
Available for 1 person 30+ years, from the 23rd of November to rent for 3 months (end of February). Possibility to extend the rental period.
The total cost includes rent, water, heating, garbage taxes, electricity and Rundfunk tax: 590 Euro per month + 500 Euro deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the rental period ends, if nothing was damaged and no complaints were made by neighbors.🙃

NB: This apartment is only available for 1 person: no couples and no children. No Anmeldung possible.💡
No parties, no sleepover visitors and no pets allowed. We will have a video call first and afterward a meeting in person before the renting period starts, and to exchange the keys.
