This studio apartment is located on the 6th floor (via elevator) of a brand-new building in east Berlin. You would be the first person to move in. It is fully furnished and equipped, ready for you to move in immediately. Electricity, internet, and other utilities are in place. Just bring your suitcases and you are ready to live in your own place in Berlin. The residence registration with the local government (Anmeldung) is possible.
For other apartments you would have to pay for internet (about 35 EUR) and electricity (about 40 EUR) on top. And you do not have to buy a kitchen or furniture. With this apartment everything is included. You do not need to buy any furniture or enter utility contracts. Everything is taken care of and will be included in the monthly payment.

Due to its size the apartment is suitable for single occupancy only. The minimum contract duration is 2 months. There is no maximum duration. However, the rent increases by a small amount on an annual basis.
A security deposit of 3 months of cold rent is to be provided. It can be paid in 3 installments together with the first 3 months of rent. The deposit will be kept in a separate bank account and returned after moving out. An initial payment is required before the handover of the apartment.
