I'm subletting my lovely studio for 5 weeks, from December 10th, 2024, to 15th January, 2025. Seeking a responsible guest who will take care of my space while I'm away and stay the full 5 weeks. Space is sufficient for one person or a couple.

Layout: One spacious, sunlit room, separate kitchen, french balcony and a bathroom with a tub and shower. The apartment is fully furnished, home office workstation, sofa, bed, wardrobes, table and chairs.

Pricing:
Warm Rent for entire stay: 750€
A refundable caution fee of 300€
Inclusive of TV, Internet, and Heating
***If a couple takes the apartment there is an extra cost of 100€ per month for water and heating***

Only a 3-minute walk to buses 123 and M27 🚌
Less than 10 minutes by bus to the main Berlin train station 🚆
Great bus connections to U6 (U Reinickendorfer Strasse), U9 (U Turmstrasse), Tram 10 (S+U Warschauer Strasse) and Westhafen for the ringbahn🚊🚇🚋
