1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Mitte

Ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung unter während ich unterwegs bin. Dementsprechend biete ich hier an, jemandem für diese Zeit ein Zuhause in Berlin zu schaffen. Dabei ist mir Ordentlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit und gute Kommunikation besonders wichtig. Pflanzen habe ich zwar nicht allzu viele, falls du dich um diese kümmern kannst wäre das aber schonmal ein Pluspunkt!
Die Wohnung hat 1 Zimmer + Küche, Bad und Flur. Sie ist im Hinterhaus in einem schönen Haus im Zentrum von Berlin (Mitte). Alles was man so brauchen könnte ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bars, Cafés, Supermärkte, Läden, Öffis). Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind Rosenthaler Platz und Bernauer Str., beides U8.

Die Daten 01.03.-01.04. sind flexibel, frag also gerne einfach nach!

I am renting out my small apartment while I am traveling. Therefore, I am offering to provide someone with a home in Berlin for this time. Tidiness, reliability and good communication are particularly important to me. I don't have too many plants, but if you can take care of them that would be a plus!
The apartment has 1 room + kitchen, bathroom and hallway. It is in the rear building in a nice house in the center of Berlin (Mitte). Everything you could need is in the immediate neighborhood (bars, cafés, supermarkets, stores, public transport). The nearest subway stations are Rosenthaler Platz and Bernauer Str., both U8.

The dates 01.03.-01.04. are flexible, so feel free to ask!
