Damit ist die Wohnung mit Bus, Tram, U-Bahn, S-Bahn in alle Richtungen gut angebunden. Vor dem Haus beginnt direkt der Fritz-Schloß-Park und das Poststadion-Areal mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und sowohl die Geschäfte im Hauptbahnhof als auch im Schultheiß-Quartier in Turmstraße sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
