Hey, ich biete hier meine Wohnung für eine temporäre Miete von 3 Wochen im Oktober an.
Die Wohnung kann allein oder zu zweit als Paar genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes gemütliches Zimmer mit Bett (140x200cm), TV, Internet, höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und ein kleines Sofa. Man kann hier auch wunderbar im Home Office arbeiten.
Viele der Schränke sind freigeräumt und können während des Aufenthalts genutzt werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können ebenfalls genutzt werden.

Lage: Die Wohnung liegt im Stephankiez in Berlin Moabit, ein Bus fährt vor der Tür. Der U-Bahnhof Birkenstraße, die Ringbahn S Westhafen sowie die Tramlinie M10 sind jeweils in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Von hier ist man schnell am Hauptbahnhof, am TU-Campus und in der City West, aber auch nach 3 Stationen Fahrt mit der Ringbahn an der Schönhauser Allee in Prenzlauer Berg.
Die Wohngegend ist entspannt und ruhig. In der Nähe finden sich ein paar nette Bars und Restaurants. Für einen Spaziergang am Spreeufer und weiter zum Tiergarten sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu laufen.

The residential area is relaxed and quiet. There are a few nice bars and restaurants nearby. For a walk along the banks of the Spree and on to Tiergarten, it's about a 10-minute walk.
