The 1-room appartment (approx. 40 sqm) with separate kitchen room, a small balcony and a bath room is located on a quiet building in Neukölln. It is small but spacious, very clean, comfortable and warm.

My studio has all the typical features of an old Berlin apartment: high (approx. 3.4 meters) ceilings, large windows and warm wooden floorboards in the living room. It is well renovated and warm in the winter days, cool in the summer days.
My apartment is the ideal place for those who want to spend a few months in Berlin.

There are tea/coffee pods, a Nespresso machine, a very well equipped kitchen with built-in oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment, a balcony with a small breakfast table and a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub and a smart TV in the living room. There is also enough space for your clothes, there is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, such as fresh bed linen, towels in various sizes, a hairdryer or washing and cleaning products.
There is a huge (180 cm) loft bed in the appartment, but if you don't like to have it, you can also use the pull-out couch as a sleeping bed.

The multicultural area, called "Schiller Kiez" offers diverse range of bars, restaurants, Spätis, events and access to the former Tempelhofer Airport, which is a public park now. The flat is located only 400 meters from Tempelhofer Feld and 350 meters from the metro station U8.
