I’m offering to takeover my contract for my cozy flat that is on the 19th floor of a newly built building that belongs to the stage housing Degewo. It would be ideal if you speak German since you will have to do the appointments with Degewo on your own.
The flat has a very spacious bathroom with a space for a washing machine and a small “flur” where you can put some cupboards for clothes.
The room itself is probably around 20m2 and has enough space for a bed, a desk, an eating table, and a built in kitchen.
The balcony is super big and receives the morning sun, so the flat stays super bright during the day☀️
Additional to this you also get a basement storage section. Also underground there is a very nice bike parking space.
The building is located a 2 min walk away from the U bahn stop Wutzkyallee. In the u bahn you will find the Wutzkycenter with multiple shops including: edeka, Aldi, pharmacy, Dm, bakery, and some restaurants.
This is a primarily residencial area, in 15 min you can reach Hermannplatz and connect to many places of Berlin. It is quite calm and the neighbors in the building are all very nice, especially the ones on the 19th floor! Since it is so newly built, it is quite well noise isolated and you can barely hear people walking above you or noises to the side.
To the back of the building you have some forest trails and a small mountain with a view ⛰️
I am looking for someone to start paying from November, although I can’t promise the housing agency will be that quick to hand over the keys. I promise to push them as much as I can so the process can be finalized soon for the sake of both parties 🥲 my new contract already starts from the 15.10 and I can’t afford to pay a double rent. The rent for November would be 417 euros 😌 your income would need to be a minimum of 957 eur netto per month for the contract.
Please note (🚨‼️) that I am taking my kitchen with me and will only be selling a few things including the fridge. The list of things I am selling is:
-fridge (this is probably the most expensive piece since I bought a fridge with the least number of decibels so it wouldn’t be loud when sleeping. I can verify it is super quiet 😊)
-the kitchen cupboard hanging on the wall
-the shower curtain rod
-the mirror cupboard from the bathroom
-the under sink cupboard from the bathroom
