Sunny & Calm Studio in Upper Neukölln (Hermannplatz) for March/April

Hey there,
my flat consists of: kitchen, bathroom, balcony and a spacious 'Berliner Eckzimmer', separated in 3 areas: living room, work area (home studio) and bunk bed. If you're a music producer I can help you set up the speakers with your computer so you can use my acoustically improved setup, but even if you just like to listen to music I can hook you up for supreme sound.
It's not hard to figure out the flats coziest spot, right in the corner next to the window you can enjoy yourself with a good book or some friends.
Then there is the kitchen, which contains everything you need to indulge in a splendid cooking session. The balcony is probably the flats biggest perk, giving view to a huge graveyard (quiet neighbors). Best times to be there is always in spring and autumn, so you will get the best of it!
The bathroom is small but the shower works great and has the pressure you are looking for.
In the hallway there's a rack to hang all your jackets, in the living room you'll find a dresser to leave all your clothes. And if you got more there's some more dressers in the hallway.

The flats location couldn't be better - Hermannplatz (U-Bahn-station with 2 lines going) is 6 minutes away, Kottbusser Tor is 2 Ubahn-stations away, Maybachufer (market and canal with beautiful cafes) 15 minutes by foot. Hasenheide (beautiful park to go for a walk/run) is 5 minutes walking distance away and Tempelhofer Feld (recreational airport park) is reachable within 15 minutes of walking.

The next supermarkets are 10min walking away (REWE, Edeka, LIDL) and there is a shopping center close to Hermannplatz. On the way to the flat there's a good bakery and a couple of Spätis (of course), so you'll never have to be thirsty and hungry.

Last but not least there are a vast amount of restaurants circled up all around the flats neighboring Kiezes (Sonnenallee, Hasenheide, Schillerkiez, Hermannstraße, Karl-Marx-Straße) with a wide variety of all the cuisines you could ask for at very reasonable prices.
