This cosy furnished flat is ideal for a temporary stay when the relocation is done for professional or study reasons.
It is a 1 room apartment in a typical Altbau building with high ceilings, wooden floors, quiet backyard, with a green view (no traffic, chestnut tree in front of windows).
Separated fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A few steps away from the Weserstrasse, one street from the river and very close to nice bars and restaurants, bakery, kiosks and supermarkets.
The bi-weekly market is at the Maybachufer around the corner, as well as the flea market in Paul-Lincke-Ufer.
Public transportations are a few minutes walk (U7 and U8 or bus lines) with good travel connections to other parts of the city and airports.
The flat is non-smoking and the building has silent hours after 10pm.
I recommend a liability insurance for the dates of your stay to cover damages to the flat (Haftpflichtversicherung).
