I’m subletting my apt from May 1st until June 30th.
The apt is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen e.g. dish washer, oven, toaster, mixer and rice cooker. There is a laundry machine as well. The bed is 140x200 and can suit one or two persons. You will have a spacious balcony with two lounge chairs and a table for yourself. The bathroom has a rain shower and floor heating together with an electric towel rack.
The living area has a comfy couch and a round eating table that can be used as a desk. You will have a beautiful collection of Taschen art books and a Bose speaker during your stay.
The rent per month would be 950€ including high-speed internet and electricity with a deposit of roughly the same amount. No-Pet Policy.

Update 28.03.22: Currently there are enough applicants for the apt and no new viewings will be offered. If none of the current interested parties works out this post will be updated and new viewings will be offered.
The location is in Neukölln between both a U7 and U8 station only 3 and 8 mins away, respectively. The Bergmannkiez is only 10 mins away. You are right by a huge park and less than 10 mins away from Admiralbrücke. You have access to a private residents only courtyard with benches, playgrounds and even a hammock.
The area offers everything you need. Several supermarkets only minutes away. A gym is only 8 mins away by foot. Cheap Indian Curry, Lebanese Falafel or Vietnamese Pho are 5 mins away. There is a Farmer’s Market every Saturday 5 mins away from you. There is a Runners Club every Saturday at the Park right by you, which offers you a great opportunity to meet people. Tempelhofer Feld is only 10 mins away where you can BBQ, play volleyball or basketball and cycle and run all day long.

Especially on your future private courtyard it is a gorgeous day, laying on the hammock, reading a beautiful novel, eating the overpriced sourdough bread with avocado you bought to fit the vibe.
