Beautiful & Light Filled One Bedroom Apartment in Neukölln

Beautiful & stylish one bedroom apartment in Schillerkiez available over the winter. Quiet, sunny & spacious, this apartment is perfect for working professionals looking for somewhere to cozy up during the Berlin winter.

I’m leaving my beautiful apartment for 2 and a half months over the winter, to work on a project in New Zealand. The apartment will be available from the 2nd of December, until roughly the 15th of February, dates can be flexible.

The area is fantastic to live, with tons of restaurants, bars & cafes near by, as well as a Bio-Markt, Lidl & Aldi within minutes walk. The U-Bahn Leinestraße (U8) is 1 minute walk away (especially good in the rainy months).

I’m looking for someone responsible, trustworthy & clean to temporarily make my home their home and to care & look after the space. This means no parties, cleaning regularly, taking care of the plants & just generally respecting the surroundings. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you’d need so you won’t be able to bring furniture. The applicant would preferably be over 30, have a stable income, non-smoker and living a relaxed life. Due to the size and layout, I am looking for single applicants rather than couples.
