Da ich gelegentlich nicht in Berlin bin, freue ich mich, wenn meine gemütliche Wohnung in dieser Zeit von anderen genutzt wird.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar: nur 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt – eine große Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, charmante Cafés und Restaurants, Apotheken, Spätis, Bars und sogar einen kleinen Park fast direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Spaziergang in Richtung Mauerpark oder Helmholtzplatz führt dich mitten ins lebendige Kiezleben.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt ruhig im Hinterhof eines Altbaus. Hier ist es selten laut, und die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm rücksichtsvoll. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster und eine Badewanne, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet – ideal für ein gemütliches Zuhause auf Zeit.

Haustiere können hier leider nicht wohnen.

Since I'm occasionally away from Berlin, I'm happy to have someone enjoy my cozy apartment during that time.

The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from Schönhauser Allee station. You'll find everything you need right nearby: a great selection of shops, charming cafés and restaurants, pharmacies, late-night stores, bars, and even a small park almost at your doorstep. A stroll towards Mauerpark or Helmholtzplatz will take you right into the heart of Berlin’s vibrant neighborhood life.

The apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet courtyard of a old building. It’s rarely noisy, and the neighbors are very considerate. The bathroom has a window and a bathtub, and the kitchen is well-equipped—perfect for a cozy home away from home.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

A washing machine is available.
