You will stay in my beautiful 1 Room Apartment with a separate kitchen and one big Living & Bedroom as well as a bathroom and hallway.
In the apartment you will find a working washing machine, WIFI as well as an oven and stove and other kitchen appliances.
The apartment is very spacious and bright and faces the backyard, which means that you can sleep with the windows open. (which is an absolute exception in Berlin)
The apartment is in Prenzlauerberg right next to S Greifswalderstraße, there is the Ringbahn which is really practical and can bring you within minutes to all relevant places of the city. You also have a tram station right next door so it’s super good connected!
The area of Greifswalderstr is an area with a lot of shops; you have edeka and Aldi right next door and 5mins away a big hall with dm, Roßmann, Alnatura and many more (grocery) shops. Right next door is also a park and the lake Weißensee is really close as well.
About 15 mins by foot or 5 mins by bike you enter the more fancy part of Prenzlauer Berg whit all the cafes, bars and restaurants.
I rent out my apartment while I am on vacation. The dates given are preferred, but can be changed by a few days if necessary.
The apartment must be left in clean and tidy condition.
