From mid-November, we offer a brand new studio in the Studio House Berlin. The "House" is located in the popular Mauerpark in the central Mitte district and counts a total of 193 furnished studios for students and trainees.

Long distances are one of the more regrettable features of Berlin. All the more, moving here is a great idea. The many cafes, bars, shops and flea markets in central and adjoining Prenzlauer Berg, which are among the best known of the city are just a short walk away. In the Mauerpark, the heart of the city, there is always something going on, and its long summer nights are legendary. Its special atmosphere has been making it one of Berlin’s “hotspots” in recent years. With numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, clubs and sports facilities in the surrounding area and short distances, the "Kiez" is probably the most popular area throughout the city among both young Berliners and newcomers. Berlin and Brandenburg colleges and universities are easily accessible from the Studio House Berlin; numerous stops of bus, tram, metro and suburban rail can be reached on foot . The nearby transport hub Gesundbrunnen is linked to the national railway.

The studio has a private bathroom and kitchen to a total of 21m2 providing a comfortable retreat to relax and concentrate on their work. The decor offers total freedom of movement through plenty of storage space, an open kitchen and custom furniture. Large windows with unhindered views into nature provide for a residential feel. A private bathroom with heated towel rail, a large mirror and a comfortably sized shower allow to feel at home even in the dark winter time.

In addition, contemporary designed common areas complement the privacy of the studio, and great opportunity for exchange and mutual support in everyday life. So are the loft-like lounge area and terrace, fully equipped kitchen and an Event Co-Working Space on the ground floor open all occupants, as well as the in-house laundry.
