Modern Studio Sublet in Wedding

Hi there,
I’m subletting my studio apartment. The moving out date can be somewhat extended for some days :)

The Studio is located in the Campus Viva apartment complex and is just 5 minutes away from the Station Gesundbrunnen that has lots of shops and restaurants nearby.🛍️🛒

The apartment is fully furnished, has a well equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and a modern bathroom. It is on the ground floor with views of the garden. 🏡

As a bonus, the building provides an array of extras which of course are all included. It has a small gym, a communal lounge (with a foosball table and a tv), a study room, a big garden where you can also grill and a big terrace on the last floor with a great view over the city. A safety guard is also available at night.

There's no washing machine inside the flat but the building has a shared laundry room downstairs with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. 🧺
