I am subletting my cozy flat in the heart of Sprengelkiez in Berlin Wedding starting from July 14th until August 5th 2024. The Flat is located in an Alt-bau building of 1900 but the flat was newly renovated in 2020 and is therefore in a good shape.

The space is fully equipted with cooking utensils, stove, oven, bathtub, a projector you can use to watch movies with etc. The flat is located on the ground floor in a quiet family oriented building with lovely neighbours. As the street is quiet at night and the flat is equiped with electric roller blinds, you will find a lot of peace here at night.

The apartment is suitable for one person. I would prefer to do a live viewing but online viewings can be arranged too.

The rent price covers the renting period from 14/07-05/08. All bills are included in the rent price.

Ich biete meine gemütliche Wohnung in Herzen des Sprengelkiezs vom 14.07.-05.08. zür Untermiete an. Das Apartment ist gelegen im Gebäude aus 1900 aber wurde im 2020 renoviert und ist dementsprechend in guter Form.

Das Apartment ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Kochgerei, Herd, Backofen, Badewanne und einen Projektor, der du nutzen kannst um Filmen anzuschauen etc. Die Wohnung liegt im EG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die NachbarInnen sind nett und freundlich und die Lage ist, vor allem nachts, sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Person.

Live Besichtigungstermine werden bevorzugt aber Online-Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache auch möglich.

Der angegebene Mietpreis ist inkl. Nebenkosten und gilt für den angegebenen Zeitraum 14.07-05.08.
Leider ist Anmeldung nicht möglich.

Location

Located on a quiet street less than 5 minutes walk to S+U Station Wedding and bus stop with busses that run to Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which you can reach within 15 minutes. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the lively and busy Müllerstraße are all within walking distance.

Die Wohnung liegt um die Ecke bei S+U Bahnhof Wedding und Bushaltestelle zum Hauptbahnhof (das von dort innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen ist). Kneipe, Restaurants, Supermärkte und die lebendige Müllerstraße sind alle zur Fuß erreichbar.
