Ich biete hiermit meine schöne, renovierte Altbauwohnung zum Tausch an!
Liegt im Wedding in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Ist Südöstlich ausgerichtet inklusive Balkon, man hat damit sehr viel Lichteinfall.

Dadurch, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist und die Panke direkt vor dem Haus vorbeigeht, ist die Wohnung von keinem anderen Haus einsehbar, also extrem viel Privatsphäre.

Küche wurde von meiner Vormieterin eingebaut, die ist mehr oder weniger neu (Induktion!), Bad ist auch frisch renoviert.

Zu Fuß braucht man zur U Osloer Straße sowie zur S Wollankstraße gute 10 Minuten, der M27 Bus ist 2 Minuten vom Haus weg.

Für diese Wohnung wäre aber eine relativ hohe Ablöse fällig, wegen Küche und den Dingen, die ich eingebaut habe.

Da mein komplettes soziales Umfeld sehr weit von mir entfernt lebt, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung oder idealerweise einer 2er/3er WG.
Wunschbereiche wären Moabit, Kreuzberg, Mitte, oder Pberg.
Alles zwischen Viktoriapark, Gleisdreieck und Bergmannkiez wäre mein Traum.

Ich habe keine Eile auszuziehen, könnte frühestens im November raus, aber bin da sehr flexibel.

Ist echt ne süße Wohnung, aber die Entfernung zu meinen Leuten nervt mich, daher das Inserat.

I hereby offer my beautiful, renovated Altbau apartment for exchange!
Located in Wedding in a quiet side street.
It is south-east facing including a balcony, so you have a lot of light.

Because the apartment is on the 4th floor and the river Panke passes directly in front of the house, the apartment is not visible from any other house, so it has a lot of privacy.

Kitchen was installed by my previous tenant, it is more or less new (induction!), bathroom is also freshly renovated.

U Osloer Straße and S Wollankstraße are a good 10-minute walk away, and the M27 bus is 2 minutes from the building.

However, a relatively high transfer fee would be due for this apartment because of the kitchen and the things I have installed.

As my entire social circle lives very far away from me, I am looking for an apartment or ideally a shared flat with 3 people max.
Desired areas would be Moabit, Kreuzberg, Mitte, or Pberg.
Anything between Viktoriapark, Gleisdreieck and Bergmannkiez would be my dream.

I'm in no hurry to move out, I could leave in November at the earliest, but I'm very flexible.

It's a really cute apartment, but the distance to my people annoys me, hence the ad.
