Kleine Wohnung für Weihnachten / Sylvester

Ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung übers Weihnachten/Sylvester, genauer gesagt vom 19. Dezember auf den 4.Januar, notfalls auch weniger, einige Tage mehr dürften auch unproblematisch sein. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem ziemlich großen Zimmer, eine Küche und ein richtig kleines Bad. Es gibt eine extra Matraze und somit können auch bis 4 Leute schlafen, allerdings klagt die Nachbarin gerne wenn es spät laut wird. Die U6 (Reinickendorferstr.), der Ring(Wedding)und die S-1/S-2/S-25 (Humboldthain) sind alle in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.Eine Freundin vom mir wohnt im selben Haus und würde die Wohnung übergeben und den Schlüssel am Ende abholen, und auch die Kaution zurück bringen. I am renting my small flat during Christmas and New Year's, from the 18th of December to the 4th of January, possibly also a couple of days more if necessary or only one of the two weeks. The flat has one pretty big room, a kitchen and a small wc. There is also an air mattress, so that the flat can sleep until 4 (however the neighbour downstairs is fond of complaining if it gets too loud). The U6 (Reinickendorferstr.), the Circle Line (Wedding)and the S-1/S-2/S-25 (Humboldthain) are all around 5 minutes away.
