I‘ll be in London for 1 year and have to sublet my beloved apartment. It‘s very modern and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Berlin. Potentially I won‘t come back to Berlin and you could take over my contract permanently.
My personal highlight is the huge outside area. You’ll have more than 60m2 (plus grass area) of private space above the roofs of Berlin, where you can enjoy exclusive views of the Reichstag building, TV tower, the Charité, the Gendarmenmarkt, and much more. When your friends get jealous of your views (which they certainly will), you‘ll have enough outside furniture to invite all of them, including a 7-seater lounge, two tables + chairs, and two bean bags.
The main room also comes furnished with a loft-style bed, designer couch, large TV, large desk, a piano, etc.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, etc. There’s also a washing machine.
The bathroom is very spacious with 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a seperate shower.
The underfloor heating system keeps the apartment cozy in winter.
The apartment is located ON the „Mall of Berlin“, one of Berlin‘s most famous shopping malls. That means that hundreds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a gym, etc. are all in the building you live in.
The location is as central as it gets in Berlin, with Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Friedrichsstraße, etc. all in walking distance. You can get to each part of the city in max 20 min, with Mohrenstraße (U2) just around the corner and Brandenburger Tor (U5), Stadtmitte (U6/U2), and Potsdamer Platz (S-Bahn) all just 5-10 min away by feet.
