The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and freezer, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as a balcony with table and chairs. The spacious room includes a large bed (160x200m), dressers, a wardrobe, and a bench at the dining table.

The location is unbeatable – central in Kreuzberg, close to many bars and restaurants, and near the U-Bahn stations U1 Görlitzer Bahnhof and U8 Kottbusser Tor. The green Mariannenplatz is right behind the house.

The monthly rent is 800€, including all costs. Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed. Visitors are welcome, but only 1 permanent resident.
